Public Speaking or giving presentation issues?

I need an advice with a public speaking/giving presentations issue…
I’m rising up in a company and I know that I have a lot of useful things to say and share, however whenever I meet with Executives or get ready to give presentations even for same level co-workers I feel a rush at the beginning of the presentation – where my voice shiver, my face start giving nervous signs and I feel crappy. However, soon after I get started -it takes a while – then I can get thru the presentation and be able to finish it well. What do you think the cause for this issue and what do you have an advice for such a problem?
