How do I accomplish my goal of being a motivational speaker? HELP!?

I am currently a Psychology Major / Mass Communication Minor pursuing my bachelors. Blog has been started. Website/Business Cards for networking already in the works. Any suggestions as far as what kinds of accreditations that I need to work towards getting?? Seminars I should attend? People I should be reading about and learning from? ANYY suggestions, personal experiences, comments?? I already have the business plan. THE SKYS THE LIMIT!!!!
